Spanning 82,000 square meters, the project features 760 apartments and 190 residences, with unit sizes ranging from 1+1 to 4+1, catering to diverse preferences and needs.<\/p><p><strong>Crafting the VR Experience with Unreal Engine<\/strong><\/p><p>To authentically represent Piyalepa\u015fa \u0130stanbul&#8217;s vision, I utilized Unreal Engine to create a high-fidelity VR environment. This technology enabled users to virtually navigate through the project&#8217;s various components, including residential units, office spaces, and the vibrant shopping avenue, Polat Piyalepa\u015fa \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131. The VR simulation highlighted architectural details, interior designs, and the overall ambiance, providing a realistic sense of the project&#8217;s atmosphere.<\/p><p><strong>Engaging Presentation at MIPIM Cannes<\/strong><\/p><p>At MIPIM, the VR experience was presented on a large screen, drawing significant attention from attendees. Potential clients could navigate through the project using a joystick, exploring different areas and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the development. For technology enthusiasts, the VR setup offered an immersive experience, allowing them to virtually walk through the streets and interiors of Piyalepa\u015fa \u0130stanbul.<\/p><p><strong>Multilingual Accessibility<\/strong><\/p><p>To accommodate the international audience at MIPIM, the VR application featured a multilingual interface, with language options including Japanese, French, and Spanish.
